Fried Cabbage


1 Cabbage
¼ cup olive oil
2 slices of bacon
1 small onion
Green onion
1 red bell pepper


1. Cut Cabbage in half, lay flat and shred.

2. Cut onion in half, lay flat and shred.

3. Chop green onion and red bell pepper

4. Pour ¼ cup of olive oil in skillet w/ bacon add veggies, sauté then add Cabbage and stir-fry.
 Do not over cook
